“Thank you for honoring your time to come do my windows. Last minute service day changes do not always work out for the customer. You chose not to inconvenience us, and came the day you initially said you would. My windows are sparkling!”

“Newly purchased home that is 33 yrs old and needed a refresh and window cleaning. I wanted to power wash it myself until I read online it's not a good idea due to potential damage. I happened upon an online ad for Servona and their soft wash technique - which I researched and reviewed other companies you decide who I would go with. I decided to go with Servona and get a quote. I heard from Brayden, the owner, immediately and he came the same day to walk my house, provided the level of differing services they offer asking with a quote. They were very reasonably priced after researching local companies and I went for the full house wash including the roof, gutters and windows inside and out. I scheduled the day and his two workers, Ashton and Arjay, provided constant contact via text as to their arrival. Extremely friendly and polite young men who did an excellent job while checking in as they went with what they were doing and allowed me to ask questions as they went. My windows are beautiful and the colors of our home now look like colors and not washed out and blending. I'm extremely happy with their work and have signed up for their bi annual window cleaning package.. While possibly utilizing them for our first new home Xmas lighting services. I definitely recommend them and will continue to utilize them for various home services for the future. Thank you!”

I called and talked with Brayden and they were so easy to work with with us being on the road. They did a beautiful job on our home and we got an offer just 9 days later!! Thank you to this amazing team for helping us and making it so easy for us to do long distance. They even sent us pictures so that we could see how well it turned out.”

“Blake C. and Arjay are both dedicated awesome professionals. My 100 yr old house just looked dirty but there was an added issue of the type of paint etc. Turns out that neither of them, in their hundreds of homes washed, had ever come across the issue w my house. Wash it, looks great, when it dried it still had the crazy, dirty looking residue that you could literally write your name in with your finger. The job ballooned into a 12+ hrs spent by Blake, only to have to come armed with Arjay, for more plain old scrubbing to get that stuff off. No complaints, no harassment about a new cost; nope they just did the job repeatedly and now my house looks gorgeous with the added bonus of clean windows, inside and outside!!! Thanks so much to these hardworking young men! Sara Staples”

“Brayden at Servona did an excellent job on our windows! He took his time and made sure they were thoroughly cleaned. Made looking out my windows enjoyable again. I will be using Servona again in the future. Definitely recommend if you are looking to get your windows looking beautiful again.”

“Brayden came out and did a deep clean of my windows and did a soft wash on my house’s exterior - quite a visible difference! I’m not sure how long it has been since the windows/house has been washed prior to me moving in almost 6 years ago, it was definitely needed. Brayden was very knowledgeable in how to tell the differences in stains/hardwater/etc, the different types of wood for siding and how to clean them properly, and he got the job done in a timely manner. I would have him and his crew back out again!”

“Servona did a fabulous job restoring the sparkle to this small house! We settled on a soft wash of the siding, thorough cleaning of windows inside and out and a power wash of the concrete porch. The house needed TLC and they brought it! Brayden's communication and dedication to topnotch service also deserve kudos. He sent me options that I could mix and match. His follow-up for scheduling was prompt. The topper? He was not satisfied with the power wash of the porch, so returned. Then was not happy with the splatter on that big front window so redid it. Am a very happy customer.”
